Delivery.  Where possible we use our own couriers whom have a proven track record of successful delivery around the UK.  When our own couriers are un-available we will only use reputable and fully insured companies such as Parcelforce / DPD/ UPS.

Returns.  Due to the delivery charges associated with furniture and associated storage issues, we are only able to offer returns on goods which are courier damaged.
